Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School use the FACTS School Management system. Parents and students can access school & student information through FACTS Family Portal – a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to see information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others.
All you need is an Internet-capable computer to view information such as: Attendance, Daily Grades, Progress Reports, Report Cards, Transcripts, Discipline, Homework, Missing Assignments, School Calendar, School Announcements, Staff and School Directory, Family Account Balances, & Teacher Email Addresses.
How to Create a FACTS Family Portal Account
Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School use the FACTS School Management system. Many of you have already used Family Portal – a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to see information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. All you need is an Internet-capable computer to view information such as Attendance, Daily Grades, Progress Reports, Report Cards, Transcripts, Discipline, Homework, Missing Assignments, School Calendar, Lunch Menus and Purchases, School Announcements, Staff and School Directory, Family Account Balances, & Teacher Email Addresses.For parents who have not accessed their Family Portal account yet, FACTS has created a 3-minute FACTS Family Portal Overview video ( https://vimeo.com/152634570), which will give you an introduction to the system. Go to www.factsmgt.com.

Click Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb) from the drop-down menu.

After the FACTS ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.

Enter LM-MI into the District Code field.

In the Email field, enter your parent email address as provided in your application to the school.

Click the Create Account button.

You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.

Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.

Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.

Close the window.

Log in to the Family Portal.
Instructions for Creating a Student FACTS Family Portal Login
PLEASE NOTE: - Students accounts are available for grades 6-12 only-
Go to www.factsmgt.com.

Click Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb) from the drop-down menu.

After the FACTS ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.

Enter LM-MI into the District Code field.

In the Email field, enter your student's school email address (format is 2 digit graduating year First initial Last [email protected] - [email protected])

Click the Create Account button.

Your student will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow them to create their username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.

Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.

Log in to the Family Portal. IMPORTANT: When students login into the Family Portal, they must click the "Student" radio button under the Password box.
